If you’re not happy with the service we provide, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll have a team available to re-clean within a 7-day window. If for some reason you’re still not happy, we offer a full refund. At Maid8Nice, we strive for your satisfaction!

Yes. All of our cleaning professionals are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check prior to engagement. We pride ourselves on all our clients having a great experience with our Maid8Nice certified cleaners.

Yes! We have three levels of security in place. First, our booking page is protected by an Extended Validation (EV) SSL Certificate. Second, our booking form has its own layer of 256-bit security. And third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe, which also provides its own AES-256 security protocol. We DO NOT store your credit card number in our system, only a token that allows us to charge the card when service is completed. Rest assured we take security very, very seriously.

If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.

Yes, they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!

PRICING & POLICIES

Sometimes discount codes are only valid for a particular booking period. If you still need help contact us and we’ll do our best to make things right.

No!!! Gift cards are valid indefinitely

We assess a $70 cancellation fee if you do not cancel your appointment by 5pm on the day prior to your scheduled cleaning.

Additionally, we will charge 50% of your scheduled cleaning fee ($70 minimum charge), if we arrive at the cleaning address and we can not gain access or are not allowed in.

Gift cards can be redeemed by entering the gift card number directly on the booking form.

You can log into your Maid8Nice account and click your name in the top right hand corner. Your Maid8Nice credits are available here for viewing. Also, through your Maid8Nice account you can select to apply the credits to your next appointment.

Absolutely. Simply enter your coupon (gift card) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any giftcards you have.

That’s Easy. Just log into your Maid8Nice account and update your address for your upcoming booking. Also, you can just give us a call and we will update your address for you.

You can submit a password change request on the customer login page at www.maid8nice.launch27.com/login, and an automated response will be sent to your contact email.  Then you can follow the prompts to change your password.

Log into your Maid8Nice account and update your card on file. Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card. Simple. Safe.

Simply go to our booking form on maid8nice.com and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively, you can give us a call if there are any issues at all.

The cost is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly.

We provide services for all of the D.C. Metro Area and surrounding suburbs, including Prince George’s County and Montgomery County.

Certainly. Respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and simply add any comments you would like to be applied to your service.

At Maid8Nice our standard cleaning is for residences such as a home or an apartment. Included in a Maid8Nice standard cleaning would be: 1)vacuuming floors, 2) cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, and living room, 3) dusting of shelves, etc. Extra services such as cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, may be selected on the booking form when you select a service as mentioned before.

A Maid8Nice account is automatically created for you when you book a service. By simply setting up your account and choosing your password, a service account will be yours for future use. Alternatively, you can create and log into your account at this link www.maid8nice.com.

Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies, products and equipment.  If you have a specific request, just state those preferences through your Maid8Nice account.
